Collecting Your Piece

Pieces are collected from our showroom at 2203 Granville St, Vancouver, during opening hours. Enquire about a piece and we'll confirm it's available and hold it for you — usually within one business day. You're welcome to see the piece in person before deciding.

Showroom pickup: Available Tuesday to Sunday during showroom hours.
Delivery and shipping: Available across Metro Vancouver on orders over $1,000. Get in touch and we'll arrange a time.
Tracking: A tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped.

Questions about collecting a piece, or about a size that won't fit in a car? Get in touch before you visit and we'll sort it out.

Exchanges

We want you to be happy with the piece you choose. If it isn't right, you may exchange it or take store credit within 7 days of purchase.

Condition: Pieces must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. We don't offer cash refunds.
How it works: Get in touch before bringing a piece back so we can confirm the exchange and set a time.
Refunds: Once we've seen the piece, you can choose another or take credit toward a future purchase.
Exclusions: Sale, bundle and specially sourced pieces are final sale. Anything damaged or faulty, tell us within 48 hours and we'll make it right.
